Re: Reply to " paradox of love"

Can you really say that Romeo and Juliet loved each other initially? I mean, Romeo was first attracted to Juliet b/c of her physical beauty. If she looked like a troll would Romeo have approached her in the first place? SHE had something to offer him--an image or satisfaction to the eyes. Even if it WASN'T physical attraction that bind Romeo to Juliet, there was that definite heart break that  Romeo was venting about since the very beginning from a dud relationship with Rosaline. Can this mean that Juliet is perhaps a rebound? A physical "other" in order for Romeo to get over Rosaline? Even at the beginning, it was already physicality that dominated that relationship? Right?
If "status" is considered something physical, couldn't you argue that martyrs PERHAPS died for status? I mean, you can say that they're dead, so the gains doesn't really apply to them, therefore, their actions is still selfless. These "selfless" actions so that  their sacrifice will be remembered by everyone long after they die, does this not bring them satisfaction and empowerment?
blah blah nah nah i go sleep.
