Kay there are basically two types of effects love has on you: 1) progressive, 2) degenerative. The first one is often the more rare one, to figure out if loving someone is progressive, first you must identify WHO is important to you and does it benefit them. For me, its my family members. So to make a long story short, I can easily identify if a current love is benefiting my family members. The answer to this one is YES! So far so good, my relationship is progressive. My lover helps me by temporarily relieving my stress from my constant efforts to sustain and increase my family's standard of living. Not the BullShit kind of stress, where we pretend to be stressed out so that we feel some sense of self-importance...I'm talking about the "I REALLY can't take anymore of these constant expectations and demands by my family life for me to be their workhorse! why don't the take care of this shit them selves-kinda stress". When you find yourself having this kind of stress due to over-work NOT slacking off, Your lover may have healing powers! If a quick chat or face-to-face does the trick to recharge your batteries, then congrats!--you have a progressive relationship.
However, If your lover is like cocain then you my friend are in a degenerative relationship. Cocain is great in the sense that it gives you the greatest pleasure you can ever know, but it is also DANGEROUS because it is addicting! it leaches all your time, money, and other resources away from your family--thus destroying it--and kills you slowly simutaneously. If your lover is HOT, becareful. IF she likes Vasache, Louis Vuiton, Gucci, etc.... Becareful, If she wears makeup ...becareful...If she likes shopping...becareful!...if she likes 99cents tacos from Jack-in-The Box...Your in luck. A lover that demands attention, or unconciously sucks the energy and effort away from your family life....Needs to be treated with Clorox Bleech, mixed in a blender for 10 minutes, and flush down your toliet!
IF you refuse, congrats! your either a desperate virgin or in lust! not love.
